Uncovering the “Selling Innovation” Process for Startups

As an entrepreneur myself, my question was how can I bring industry and startups together? How can I support them to collaborate? And this question is still valid now and every day in my life, and this question led me to build a digital platform, a company, a methodology, write a book, join the forum of innovation in the European parliament, and co-write the new innovation policy (including collaboration). You have a question, and the impact, the value you bring is coming from your creativity and your passion, and your drive to make things better, to have a positive impact and do good.

You know, innovation managers, academics they have excuses about, they cannot understand each other, they are talking different languages, entrepreneurs are kids playing, they cannot trust them, academics they want to investigate only, businesses are focused only on money… These are all excuses. We are all human beings, and we have to bring the conversation to the human being level, to connect, to understand each other, and this is what emotional intelligence brings into the equation for innovation and collaboration for innovation.

And not only this, how to use it to brainstorm, to communicate, to manage conflict, to be assertive, to create a high performing team for the innovation team and the collaboration team, to make things happen, to increase the levels of leadership and drive and motivation. Collaboration is the positive side of innovation, and we have to keep the values and the emotions at that level if we want to make a positive impact. 

Your mindset is that you are doing it together to make the product better. To impact and transform the industry and the society for better. Together in collaboration. Because super innovators are super collaborators as well.

This is the reason, why I created this webinar. I want to help you to be innovative through collaborating with startups and business organizations. This is a win-win situation and it’s important to understand how this works, there is process but also there is a psychology behind with a clear mindset of helping each other and matching needs.
